02هل يمكنني طلب قطعة مخصصة أو شخصية؟
نعم، بكل تأكيد. نقدم أعمالًا فنية وحرفًا يدوية مخصصة، بما في ذلك الأعمال الخشبية، والقطع الطينية، والأعمال القماشية، والرسومات الأصلية.

القطع الجاهزة يتم عادةً تجهيزها وإرسالها خلال عدة أيام من تأكيد الدفع.
الطلبات المخصصة أو المصنوعة حسب الطلب قد تحتاج إلى مدة تنفيذ إضافية، وسيتم تزويدك بالموعد التقديري للانتهاء قبل تأكيد الطلب وإتمام الدفع.
05ما سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد؟
نظرًا لأن جميع اللوحات والمنتجات اليدوية تُصنع يدويًا أو حسب الطلب، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية، ولا نقبل الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي.
في حال وصول الطلب متضررًا أثناء الشحن، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر واتساب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام، مع إرفاق صور واضحة للقطعة والتغليف، حتى نتمكن من مراجعة الحالة وتقديم الحل المناسب.
06كيف أحافظ على اللوحات والقطع اليدوية؟

- يُنصح بتأطير اللوحة خلف الزجاج في أقرب وقت ممكن.
- تجنب لمس سطح الرسم مباشرة.

01How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple. Browse our collection, select the artwork or handcrafted piece you like, and click the “Order via WhatsApp” button.
We will discuss the order details, available customization options, final price, and payment method before confirming your order.
02Can I request a custom or personalized piece?
Absolutely. We create custom handmade artwork and crafts, including woodwork, clay creations, fabric art, and original drawings.
Send us your idea, preferred dimensions, and any reference images through WhatsApp. We will review your request and provide an estimated production time and quotation.
03What materials do you use?
We use carefully selected, high-quality materials according to the requirements of each piece, including:
- Natural wood
- Premium fabrics
- Professional clay and sculpting materials
- Mixed-media materials
- Professional charcoal for our signature black-and-white drawings
04How long will my order take?
Production time depends on the type, size, and complexity of the selected piece.
Ready-made pieces are usually prepared and dispatched within a few days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time. An estimated completion date will be provided before the order is confirmed and payment is made.
05What is your return and refund policy?
Because every artwork and handcrafted item is handmade or custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us through WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the item and its packaging must be provided so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate solution.
06How should I care for my artwork and handmade pieces?
Charcoal Drawings
- Frame the artwork behind glass as soon as possible.
- Avoid touching the drawing surface directly.
- Keep it away from moisture and direct sunlight.
Handmade Crafts
- Keep wooden, fabric, and clay pieces away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme heat.
- Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth.
