Payment

• Production will only begin after full payment has been confirmed using the agreed payment method.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe.

Handmade Products

• All paintings, artworks, and handcrafted items are individually handmade by the artist Omar.
• Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in color, texture, or fine details may occur compared to the website images. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted art and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

• Custom artwork and handcrafted pieces, including wood, clay, and fabric creations, are available upon request.
• Design, dimensions, pricing, and production timeline will be agreed upon before work begins.
• Production of custom orders starts only after payment has been confirmed.

Production & Delivery

• Production times vary depending on the complexity and size of each piece.
• An estimated completion timeline will be provided during the WhatsApp consultation.
• Shipping times depend on the selected courier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Cancellations & Returns

• As all products are handmade or made-to-order, all sales are final.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started.
• If an item arrives damaged during shipping, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos for review.
